Quickest turnaround to replace carpet, refresh paint, deep clean?
Hello BP - a little background scenario. Then I'd love to hear your stories (successful, not so successful, amusing, other). I've got a move out date of July 17th for current tenant, new tenant signed lease to move in on 21st.
What is the quickest turnaround time you've completed to replace carpeting (in my case I'm assuming 1,500 sq ft across 3 floors), refresh painting in house (assuming half of house needs repainted walls) and deep clean a place. I'll be spending all weekend with my family and a hired cleaner to tackle the cleaning during this window. Also some furniture and a few other items will need to be swapped out - this place I fully furnish.
I've been lining up estimates finding people who can complete carpeting/painting (still need to determine extent of this) within this window and I should be good there.
Anyone else been in a similar scenario? Need some positive energy :)

If you have it set up ahead of time and enough people, you can do it. Do the painting first as you won't have to worry about it getting on the new carpet. You may have to do touch ups after, but you want to leave it for a bit to fully cure before people move furniture in. Make sure the carpet installers know the tight window. You can also have people help remove the old carpet to speed things up.
Make sure you get a good paint, so you can do one coat. The house is big enough you can split people up into painting trim, cutting in (following behind with the roller).
