It's obviously a simple concept.I'm a lender and I'd be the first to say that if I'm not communicating well on my end then that's obviously unsettling for the borrower whose trying to navigate their pursuits wanting to have clarity on this issue or that issue pertaining to funding.

Your loan officer should try and navigate you in the best direction. 

Has anyone used services like "Archinerds", "Southern Athena", etc. who advertise that they specialize in helping navigate codes and permits and refer you to building/remodeling professionals?

You are most likely going to now have a tenant that doesn’t have a pet but an esa and you will have to navigate that process but use petscreening.com to verify.  

Be careful as you are navigating different neighborhoods, some of them have specific overlays when it comes to population density that alters the lot size requirments, often at the detriment of the investors.

A knowledgeable attorney would have to be engaged to navigate through the specifics.It works until it doesn’t.
