First Commercial Purchase
Aloha, sorry for this being such a rudimentary question . I own a business in Texas and we rent an office. The business has grown quite a bit so now we would like to purchase a small office building . Bank of America offered me 3% financing with 20% down over 25 years with very little closing costs so owning will actually be less than renting.
I have zero experience in commercial. What is the best way for me to purchase the property from an ownership point of view? Would I simply set up an LLC to own the building and then rent to the business? I don't think it would be a good idea to buy in the business (S Corp). I just need to exact steps on how to do this. Sorry, I am good on residential real estate just a total newbie on commercial.
Mahalo for your help.
