Reading everything you can get your hands on is not taking action.ACTION involves getting off the couch.

Unfortunately, most people think investors just fall out of the sky while they're seating on their couch and life doesn't work that way.

I've seen tons of properties bringing in top dollar with just decorations maybe some couches or a simple bed/night stand setup.

If I had known what I know now in college I would have purchased a single family home every year with an FHA loan “3.5% down” and rented it out to 4 of my college friends and slept on the couch!!!!
