There are currently robust and strong sales occurring daily along the entire Oregon Coast, but in many recent transactions, my buyers or sellers were only evaluating one offer, and all sellers were at least receptive to a conversation.

Along with the medical system, there are several Colleges (including Texas Tech University), a robust farming and manufacturing industry (including some of the best vineyards in Texas), and the fact that the closest city over 100k is 2 hours away, the economy is booming in the "Hub City".

I'm not sure if that automation would make sense in your case but either way podio as a crm is a beginner friendly, cost effective route to go.I would also highly recommend GoHighLevel once you get to the point where you need something more robust.

The owner can access their portfolio on the system at any time and see real-time info. on their properties.It has its pluses and minuses for us as operators and for property owners, but it is generally considered one of the best and most robust systems for companies our size.  

IMO: Stronger than preferred inflation data and a robust labor market (unemplyment remaining low / strong consumer) = Fed does not cut rates in March.

I'm not finding their database to be as robust as the US version. 

I love the idea of buy and hold in indiana for their robust economy, great education systems, and strong rent to value even in B class properties.
