We are thinking about MAYBE purchasing a

multifamily building in or around Lubbock, Texas.

Wondering if anybody lives around the area could share some advice. How's the area? We are thinking about work force housing. Would like to hear all opinions. Maybe we can do something together? We are not looking for money. Sometimes knowledge is more important.

Please be honest

Maybe we can create some value together

Thank you

Stephen

@Stephen Cucc you are definitely in the right market for workforce housing. Lubbock has the only Level 1 Trauma Center for ~500 miles with established Residency programs. Along with the medical system, there are several Colleges (including Texas Tech University), a robust farming and manufacturing industry (including some of the best vineyards in Texas), and the fact that the closest city over 100k is 2 hours away, the economy is booming in the "Hub City".

My teammate, @Matt Moreland and I would love to chat with you more about the area.
