What CRM are you using?

Question

Hello:

New agent here and I'm searching for an easy to use CRM that is low cost to get me started.  Free would be even better.  I do plan on using it for email blast and would hope it would integrate with my Facebook/email contacts.  Any help would be appreciated as there sure are a lot of them out there.  I am also a science teacher full-time so I'm growing this endeavor slowly but steadily if that helps at all.

I personally use Follow-Up-Boss for all of the deals that I broker in the Columbus, OH market. It helps a ton with keeping clients organized through smart lists and tags.

If you are looking for a low cost CRM. I can't recommend Follow Up Boss enough.  It can grow with you as your business grows. I currently use Sierra Interactive because of all the tools it has for my team of 30+ agents.  I still use Follow up boss for recruiting.

Our team likes Follow Up Boss.  Very client centric dashboard.  All text, email and call communication are attached to a single record in a chronological way, sort of like a Facebook profile.

Batch emails are easy and there is a single line dialer where you can quickly call through a certain tagged list that you want.

@Luke Rorech -   I don't think that you find a better CRM than FUB on the Market.    You'll need to use other marketing funnels in front of FUB like Carrot, Realgeeks, Ylopo, etc..  Those channels can integrated into FUB and you can do your usual distribution of leads via round robin or FCFS.   You'll need to create a level of separation since Realtor's has some strict guidelines to abide by from a client fiduciary and Board of Realtors perspective while investors tend to be more loosey goosey (although some governance keeps you out of trouble).   On the investor side, FUB PONDS are a must.  Sometimes, there can be some health competition amongst investors in FUB PONDS.  Our PONDS include,  Vacants, Tax Defaults, Distressed, AOD, Pre-Probate etc.. For external systems you can use Webhooks or Zapier.   Please be careful when importing purchased lead data from other list sources as putting them into a FUB POND may violate a EULA or DSA.

@Ed Winczowski -  I second the use of Follow-up Boss @Steven Myers We've modified FUB for Realtors and Investors and has all the Omni Channels (FB, IG, Call, Text, Email, Door Knock, Digital Door Knock, etc.) as well as the automations (action plans and drips).  The true power is in the community using it.  For example, we had an REI transaction in Hawaii that trigger another RE transaction in Tampa Florida.  We had a REI in Hawaii Collaborating with and REI in Tampa.  We also had Licensed RE's in both places also collaborating in Follow-Up Boss.  We also have LEAD PONDS in Hawaii, Southern California, and Florida that is open to all FUB users in our community.  These LEAD PONDS are updated daily and consists of distressed, vacant, tax liens, high equity, absentee homeowners, pre-probate etc.! Hi Ed, KVcore has been great.  Very inexpensive if your brokerage covers the start up, if not cost 5k per year (from what I am told).  Its worth it though, especially if you are planning to use Facebook for lead gen.  What's most important is you are using a CRM you own not your brokerage.  If you ever switched brokerages down the road you want to be able to take your contacts with you and make sure your broker cannot access them.

Follow up boss! We provide it for our agents at my brokerage. It has been a game changer for us, as we have worked to get it dialed in with tags and lists etc.
