Indiana
Hi,
I am interested in investing in Indiana or Kansas City. Would like some BPers expertise in good locations to invest.
I tend to invest in SFH, but am open to multiplexes.
I currently live in Hawaii and have invest out of state before. Would also like to get hooked up with a good team if anyone is up to it.
Thanks for your time!

I also work with over 150 owners throughout the United States, Japan, and Canada who are investing here in Indiana specifically in the Fort Wayne market. Indiana is a good cash flow area because of low barriers to entry and very landlord friendly. If you have any interest feel free to shoot me an email, text, or give me a call. Be well!
