Here is one way to track rent-roll in QuickBooks for property owners and property managers:-Edit customer-click on additional info-click on Define Fields-Enter Rent-Select CustomersClick OK 2 timesGo to Reports:-Customers-view Customers Contact List- Modify Report- on the bottom left - scroll down -select rent-click on Header/Footer - change the title to read Rent Roll-click OK-name it as Rent Roll Report-Click on Memorize report

It is so incredibly ornate and well-crafted (you have to be talented to carve cherubs, scrolls, egg and dart, serpentines, etc.) that no one would be able to afford anything of that period.

You can also often see if they've changed the price, by scrolling down to older ads listed.I believe you can rely on the advertised price on Craigslist, too, because most landlords don't dicker on price with applicants.
