Average rental rates, vacancies, competition, growth, appreciation, etc..Ive heard of scrolling through Zillow and collecting information by looking at properties for sale/rent but was wondering if there is a site where all of this information is easily accessible or any ideas for better ways to go about it.Thanks in advance!

Nothing but "pump you up" mindless enthusiasm with nothing showing they have any semblance of knowledge. 

To send them a message without booking the property, click on the listing, scroll to the bottom of the page and it'll say "contact host."

There are plenty of video reviews and Bigger Pockets comments on his website if you scroll to the bottom.

That means YES, they are actually with people sitting down and scrolling through new listings every day looking for people to tag.

I love audio books and listen to them regularly when doing mindless work tasks or on walks.

Maybe I'll get more serious on that but for now it's just too much spam and scam for me to scroll through ha.

Additionally, I don't know if it's because I use a Mac but on the website when I scroll down on the main page, I can't scroll back up to the very top to click back on the "menu" or "settings" and instead have to navigate the less convenient side bar.
