Hey BP Crew,I’m looking for a real estate attorney in the Nashville area to talk through setting up a LLC and how to navigate through two investment properties owned in personal name.  

My first question is about my secondary home.I purchased a secondary home outside my original home in Nashville with intentions of staying here a large chunk of the year and working remotely.

I am getting cash flow and appreciation but the market is too close to Nashville and costs / values are skyrocketing too much to re-enter it at the top of the market.  

Hi all,I know this forum is more geared toward current and prospective investors (also the reason I’m here and listen to the podcast) – still I wondered if anyone could weigh in on the best way to quickly find a nice house to rent in the Nashville market without MLS access, given how aggressive the market is with the influx of new buyers from CA etc.

Working with a GC in Nashville, TN and currently looking for land/developed lots to build on. 

Any recommendations on lenders in the Nashville or San Diego area that can use 1 year of airbnb income on my tax return to qualify me?
