Hey all you cool peeps! Anyone know of a rockstar realtor in Nashville who also invests themselves? I live in Utah but my Cali biz partner and myself are looking to long-distance invest in buy and hold properties in the beautiful state of Tennessee. Nashville seems to meet our criteria and we need to gather our core 4 team. Any help at all would be super appreciated! Let me know if there is anything I can do to help you too! @Mera Daniells TN is a great state for buy and holds! Do you currently have a portfolio in Utah or California with your partner or would this be your first property? Clarksville, Spring Hill, Lebanon, Dickson, Columbia, and Gallatin are smaller cities/suburbs you should also consider outside of Nashville for buy and holds.
