Bought my first Short Term Rental

Just bought my first short term rental in Nashville, TN. Went in on it with family. It’s actually my first investment property period. Realtor Steve Frye on here was my realtor and did a great job!

And yes, it is in the proper zoning area for STRs.

Anyone else in the short term rental game in Nashville? Any advice you have for me?

Any questions for me?

Very excited to get started next month or so renting it out.

Oh gotcha!

Ya we made sure it still works as a long term rental incase it doesn't work out with STR.

Where are your markets to buy for STR right now? We are looking at getting another one.

Places where no one lives AND where airbnb/vrbo collect and pay taxes on your behalf.

Get the first one going before you go nuts. This business isn't for everyone. Next thing you know you'll end up like @Paul Sandhu
