New Build Process in Nashville

Hello Nashville BP, 

Can anyone help me or guide me with the process of new construction? I have secured a property under contract in a very desirable neighborhood in Nashville. I would like to demolish the current house and build two either attached or detached HPR's on it. This will be the first of many for me, hopefully.

If anyone has experience doing this and would like to discuss, I would greatly appreciate it.

 In Russellville just north of the 40. Engineers are close to being finished with the preliminary plat. Hoping to get started this year as long as there aren't any hiccups with the city and I doubt there will be
