@Christopher VaughnMost direct campaign mailers are just a post card or a single page handwritten letter just simply asking if they are interested in selling their property.It's cheaper, and you avoid a lot of local solicitation regulations.

Considering all of the money spent on these items of attraction (not even mentioning the mass amount thrown into more practical marketing such as postcards, letters, signs, etc...) there isn't much saved for a healthy down payment, over and over and over again.

at least not for cold communication.I would be curious to hear how that turns out for you - so please share if you get a chance.From my experience, ive found that direct/targeted mailings (postcards/letters) gets results.Do your homework on the areas your interested in and get those comps, DOM, cash buyers etc..
