Email Marketing to absentee owners
Hey!
Just recently found a way to find email address's as well as cell phone numbers
I will be having a VA cold call the absentee owners but i also would like to hit the owners with a text and email
what is the best wording for the email?
Should i just state im interested in buying the house?
(some are rentals so im trying to think of a way i can offer them owner finance so they can still be getting the stream of income)
Any advice would be great :)
