I couldn't imagine someone wanting to deal with literally climbing into their basement, I mean imagine bringing your clothes into the laundry.Could something like this be a deal-breaker for buyers?

I know there are many disadvantages like unpredictable budget breakers, but is there a reason someone would choose a historic home specifically?

This wouldn't be a deal breaker for me, even if he said "This is on you"   IF I LIKED THE PLACE and thought I still wanted it.  

A small multi-unit reported lost all power at 2AM and APS reported it was due to the main breaker box.

I’m not convinced that providing a washer/dryer connection will put any more rental income in my pocket and the home has other desirable features so I’m not worried that the lack of connections will be a deal breaker for a prospective tenantThoughts?
