Washer/dryer connections Section 8
I had thought about relocating the washer dryer to an enclosed back porch (in NC so not too concerned about freezing) but after thinking about it the cost and labor could easily be a few hundred dollars and a couple days of my labor. Not sure it is worth it. I’m not convinced that providing a washer/dryer connection will put any more rental income in my pocket and the home has other desirable features so I’m not worried that the lack of connections will be a deal breaker for a prospective tenant
Thoughts? Experience with Section 8 properties not having these?
