What technology solutions do you recommend for automating new and current customers?

The technology is cheap, like sub-$200, so not sure why every STR isn't doing this to protect their property and guests.If I arrived at a STR to found the old guest is still there, I would expect the STR to find me other accommodations and pay for the cost.

With advances in technology in property management you can now manage SFR like an apartment building.

I have a background in Information technology but that doesn't really help in this business. lol
