Creative Real Estate Investing Newbie Here(Orlando,FL)
Hey guys! My name is Louie and I'm from Orlando,FL. I currently work a 9-5 job and getting tired of it. So, my goal is after 2 years, quit my job and during that time is to have 50 units under my belt. I'm focus more on small multifamily homes as I'm focus on cash flow and long term. I've been learning through podcast and completed the UBG course. Now, I'm reading Brandon's book "Real Estate Investing with No and Low Money Down" to equip myself the knowledge I need to succeed in this business. I'm doing this not only for me but my future family and my family now. I want to be able to spend more time with them than working 40hrs/week. I have a background in Information technology but that doesn't really help in this business. lol
