Currently I have a few Realtors watching and sending me listening on properties that meet my criteria.  

I have two investors with properties that haven't been leased yet, I am watching the market closely and think there are some first time home buyers out there who are jumping in on some of the properties that investors are considering.

But I watched a video on youtube and looked around on loopnet to find some stuff not totally overpriced.  

He's about 5 mins from a boat launch, no better place to watch the hydro races than on the water.
