I've had a duplex in midtown for the last 14 years or so. Rehabbed a few years ago to prepare to sell but instead caught the bug again and decided to double-down in real estate. Bought 4 SFH buy/hold properties in 2017, 4 more in 2018, 6 in 2019, and 8 in 2020 so far!
