Yep, the rumors are true.

The issue with this home is it has been winterized for 3 years and copper pipes have been cut (rumored to be the result of a messy divorce).

I am hearing rumors that the "fix crowdfuding" bill in Congress is pretty close to passing.  

The rumor is the family has been fighting over the property and no one has been living in it since. 

I have heard a rumor a couple times now.

I have heard through the rumor mill that there is case law in Florida that weakens single member LLCs compared to multi member LLCs but do not know too much about it.

Rumor has it that daycare can not be restricted either, in which case I would require the tenant to obtain liability insurance in their name and have you listed as ALSO Insured.

And there are rumors of a summit in 2017, as well. 

I'm not sure what it was about the previous 3 casinos in AC closing and rumors of other casinos bailing on AC that gave the unions the idea that there was any meat on the bone but they misplayed their hand poorly.
