@Alecia Bolton yes just be careful as allied is only licensed in a few states.

Not every STR has to be a 4 Seasons and even those I've waited on service before and it's not like someone was breathing down their neck waiting to revoke their hotel license when it happened.

@Bryan Stengel, I think alcohol has been the tough one with the STRs, not sure about if you need license( hopefully someone will chip in ) , however there  always the liability part including but not limited to offering alcohol to people who are trying to quit etc.

I’m in the process of getting my real estate salesperson license to gain access to MLS listings as well.

Most property management companies are licensed realtors with extensive experience working with investors and providing valuable insights into their local market.
