Renovation On A Property

Ricky Reddin
Posted

Hello,

This is my first post on the forum and trying to get some guidance on a situation. My wife’s mother had passed away awhile ago in the house was taking over by my wife. They had to refinance it to basically kind of save the house now that everything is kind of on track she wants to renovate the property. I was in the process of about to get into the real estate world of investing until this occurred. We are looking into partnering, but before that can happen I’m trying to see how can we go about the renovation do we have to use our own money, heloc, or etc. Any suggestions and help would be gladly appreciated thanks.
