Hello BiggerPockets community! I'm Marquell from Severn MD, passionate about real estate investing for 2 years. I'm particularly passionate about Building a longterm rental portfolio. 

Outside of real estate, I enjoy Working out, training my German shepherd, and traveling with my family. I am also a licensed real estate agent.
