Hi everyone, Does anyone have any insights on how to fairly and transparently screen tenants when its not just checking boxes but finding someone who would be a good cultural and energetic fit for the property?

But we are not picking on wholesaler education in this thread.PS speaking of wholesalers I took one company 2 energetic guys who thought that they only wanted to wholesale.. they were great at getting the deals but found how much work it was to actaully close them and all the buyers that would not come through and all the work involved..

Additionally, another very energetic, young and contagious personality that truly provided GR8 motivation to me was Christopher Gill. 

My instructor's name was Mike and he was really energetic ans taught the class well!

From my experience, older guys with lots of houses typically like to spend time talking to younger, more energetic investors, but rarely make them a real deal.

A Stanford Alum and his energetic wife ought to be able to figure this thing out...

Time will tell I suppose but there is such a thing as gentrification for those *** neighborhoods and Jacksonville is a market attracting lots of energetic young people.
