We are finding good deals and good renters as are our other investing counterparts.

I ask because I tend to get advice from my Air Force counterparts who think I am crazy to walk away.

Many of my fellow short term rental counterparts in Nashville do anywhere from 10-30% of their bookings on VRBO.

However, the current yield curve is inverted, meaning that interest rates for long-term bonds are lower than those for their short-term counterparts.

There is some other legislation to support this as well but I think these types of properties in Utah will be valued more similarly to its multi-family counter-parts in the new future.If the lifestyle factor is too hard for you to get over in some instances you can look at new builds that are being built with ADU's as well.

@Trevonte MosbyThe beauty of moving to a new city is the ability to use FHA again (or its conventional counterpart which is cheaper). 

While I'm not versed in AirBNB as much as long term rentals, I don't consider the AirBNB returns without knowing I have an exit strategy to rent it long term and the above numbers barely make sense at $900,000 depending on your strategy.Also, Raleigh has stricter AirBNB laws than its Durham counterpart (https://raleighnc.gov/services...).

Women investors rock and statictically our investments outperform our male counterparts. ;)  I'm biased of course but I think the days of pretending we can't do things, or staying quiet are kinda over.
