The syndicators then charge fees that are much higher than their institutional counterparts such as 5% acquisition fees, asset management fees, disposition fees, etc...).Are you able to draw any parallels between the mortgage brokers/banks of 2008, Juul, and elderly scammers to the syndicators?

The goal is not to hit a bullseye on the first try but instead to stand out as a worthy counterpart so that you have the upper hand amongst competing offers and other prospective buyers.- If a property owner has already received other offers, consider using an escalation clause.- If a property has already been on the market for longer than the average DOM, consider an offer that has terms/conditions favorable to the owner while maintaining a purchase price amount that is favorable to you.
