I realize it gets expensive if you apply for 8 places, but perhaps it serves a purpose as well in bringing in serious applicants only [where allowed by state law etc]I would love for there to be a universal repository trusted by all across the board so applicants would only have to pay once every 30 days or something [and of course I would want that to be us, heh], but I think for all sorts of reasons in a competitive marketplace that's not going to happen.

I got bored, with all of the down time between cashing rent checks and fixing toilets at 2AM so I went to graduate school and also became a an engineering consultant.About 10 years later I took a full time job again and am now a professor in manufacturing engineering, own a virtual manufacturing company, a media production company, and because of real estate investing, this year I will donate more than my take home pay back to the university I work for.I can honestly say that I retired at 26.

I didn't consider this to be a major impact to the market in Spokane initially as within the region there are a good number of universities already, but you guys bring up a very good point of bringing in additional bodies that will be looking to stay in the area for an extended amount of time.

I believe the University of Denver has an undergrad program not sure about others.If you are looking for a corporate CRE gig think the MS RED at USC is likely bigger bang for the buck.
