The earth causes your house to move over the years from rain, snow, heat, ect which causes the ground to move which causes the foundation to move. you ever notice cracks in the walls of older homes with plaster walls, detached baseboards or crown molding and cracks in the foundation these thing happen over the years it's just a matter of time until it decide to expose its nasty self..A.Joyner
