Do you provide a carbon monoxide detector for your tenants?
If you have gas in your unit? Or do you expect them to?

I buy 2 in 1 Smoke/CO detectors from Menards and I use 1 per floor plus 1 outside each bedroom. At $25 a piece they are very cheap insurance plus you should care if your tenants could possibly die without one. In WI they are required by law in a rental and you have to include a smoke/CO agreement in your lease.
