Just wondering if they are legit and about others experience with them.I recently joined DoHardMoney.com and they have been very helpful not only on the money side but also in furnishing the information to enhance my business.

I intend to become an architectural developer after I graduate in 2017 and qualify as a real estate professional while I develope and enhance communities around the world.

I can see it working as an accent wall with a textured wallpaper, but it would only be a small section and not the whole room.

I expect to get more now that the new windows are in and I made some cosmetic upgrades to enhance the curb appeal.  

Videos, podcasts and other forms of conveying our messages online about what we have to offer serves to enhance what we do naturally.  

If you do the glossy finish on top, use a product like "shark bite" to add some texture so it's not slippery when wet. 

What do you think the next big technology enhancement will be that impacts real estate investment?

Nail holes in the trim were filled with caulking, maybe, the drywall texture was as consistent as the weather, apparently there was no more paint on earth, a nice sharp cut tile nosing at a bath tub.

(with 5% vacancy rate, 10% property management, $100/mo repair reserve and $100/mo maintenance)... and that should increase that with the garage, privacy fence, and nicer landscaping to enhance the curb appeal.

By that I mean that I have always been interested in real estate as means of enhancing income.
