Call me "old fashioned" or simply, old. YUCK! Well, I did like the Modern Traditional style.
In my world (Southern Louisiana) & my mind, "trendy" means 'going out of style' sooner than later.
I agree with @Cody Steck , not for my buy/hold investment mentality. Tami
