I am not looking to accumulate many properties monopoly style and I can't be on the ground or get into any kind of fixer upper deals since I am living abroad. 

I tend to lean toward that there's more of a investment 'style' match that seem to work best, meaning not every property manager might be great for every investor and stylistically its best to interview a few. 

The home is dated in style and has not been renovated since the 60s but has been very well maintained and we are receiving a home that is furnished.
