Remote investor - recos on property mgmt + realtors?

Hi all- I'm looking at St. Louis as a potential market to begin remote investing. Looking for recommendations on property managers & realtors as I begin piecing together a local team. Thanks in advance!

Hi Evan! I can refer you to a few property managers, certainly the one that I use for my properties. I tend to lean toward that there's more of a investment 'style' match that seem to work best, meaning not every property manager might be great for every investor and stylistically its best to interview a few. Same for realtors. I am a realtor and my client base is almost entirely investors. I'd be happy to chat and see if it would be a 'match' for us to work together. I have many out of state / country investors, as well as locals.
