It's not offensive to let someone know that their price isn't as competitive as other service providers, but that you'd like to work with them if it was.

No offensive intended, but the first and last points are not new at all.

I think it's offensive to call a neighborhood crappy.  

I don't mean offense by that, but that would be my argument as the investor.
