Need help structuring this investor partnership
I spoke with an out of country(Canada)investor and I wanted some advice on how to structure the partnership if I move forward.
I live in Westfield a suburb of Indianapolis. Investor wants to flip homes here and has cash to do so. I have been in conversation with him on him putting up the money and myself managing the project. From finding the properties to meeting the inspector to managing the rehab. I basically have all the pieces in place as far as realtors to contractors.
How would you structure this? What percentage of profits would you suggest?
Thanks
