I agree it definitely looks like a gas feed. 

Was expecting some more thoughts and insights around investing for appreciation.I ask because in my neck of the woods, there is this investor feeding frenzy on properties that obviously have poor cash flow.

Thats there because so many HVAC guys were splitting one leg of the 220 that feeds the HVAC unit to run their tools outside.

If I have four or five jobs going at once, am keeping my guys paid, gas in trucks, expenses paid, supplier accounts paid, and fronting labor and incidental material costs on multiple jobs, while feeding my family and doing some of my own investing, I should also have the cash to front him HIS cabinets and countertops?

I'd appreciate any feed back and guidance.

There are those that pursue RE investing part-time, such as myself, and those that pay their mortgage, clothe their spouse, and feed their kids solely with their real estate business.

Scary stuff...I saw that once before from a feed on LinkedIn.

Keep in touch with them and keep feeding them deals.
