I have a great company I work with that educates the consumer, deletes accounts, and creates a future credit plan to achieve their end goal.

How is it SUPPOSED to work when Sally Q Consumer expresses frustration with her current agent in earshot of some other agent if no specific property or listing agreement has been signed yet? 

As technology gets smarter and consumers are more educated the need of a real estate agent nowadays in selling and buying real estate becomes a big question.

It's very consuming like a stressful job.  

The most time-consuming part of managing a rental (w/ current maintenance) will be leasing a vacant unit showing the place, BR checks, paperwork, and even that is short lived. 

but it needs to be done since ,  yes.... they won't go down on the own,  they just go up. it's very difficult and time consuming to shop around.  

This terminology, however, can reasonably be construed to extend to any business entity that makes loans to or finances purchases on behalf of consumers and businesses.

Could also have a property manage some of the units and you keep maintaining a few of them that aren't too time consuming.
