very good questionI've been tackling a the question of how fast and how much. to the point where i crossed out 2 units MF as not being enough unless each units has 3 bedrooms, and looking at small apartment building. granted my searches are based on affordability so I'm home learning do the analysis will bring me back to where i need to be as far as what my plan dictates.

My visit to Michael's site, was worth it to me to better understand where he operates, not a waste of my time, I won't follow his technique, but it informed me as to the need to give more information on the technical side, I have no idea how Michael tackles that.I'm more concerned about predatory issues, good faith dealing, if the bacon is cooked properly, not how much sizzle it makes frying. :)
