Hey! I have been hanging around biggerpockets for a few months and figured it was time to finally write my intro and say Hi BP!

So, first I want to say "thank you" to everyone for their posts and comments in the forums and all the resources that I have gotten from this site. Then I want to mention some insane news... My wife, my brother-in-law and I have come together and formed our first company. We officially filed our articles of organization and have been accepted as an Arizona LLC! Wheeler-Ray Investments is a real company now and not just a thought in my head!! W00t!

And if that was not enough, Cody (my brother-in-law) and I put our first house under contract today!! So excited! It is a zero down deal with an expected ARV of approx. $97,000, according to my realtor, and we put it under contract for $21,500 with about $45K in rehab leaving about 30k in expected profit!! W00t!! Thank you all! If not for BP and the great people here I would still be studying, learning and reading instead of actually doing!

Ok, so enough bragging for now... I am a High School Teacher in Arizona who teaches Technology, Business, and Driver's Ed. (btw. I figured how to use my drivers ed to do driving for dollars...) I am a happily married man who has one lovely 5-year-old daughter, and I am seriously looking forward to giving her a better life than I had.
