Don't forget photos of under sinks, closet spaces, open dishwasher, oven, fridge, etc. 

Get a stainless steel fridge and oven2.

Will you need to install a gas line or will it be electric stove and will a fridge be included?

I did get some help from homeowners insurance but no coverage for “cleaning” even though I had to replace the stove, parts of the fridge, carpet, etc etcSo I cleared $243.33 per month over the period. 

But when the water heater breaks, or fridge dies, or earthquake comes and you have a $10,000 deductible, you are going to be underwater.  

My best unit is fairly swanky, Hickory hardwood floors, pictures of horses and cowboys everywhere, wagon wheels, ice and water dispensed in the fridge door, elk horn lamps, antique furnishings, lamps made out of mason jars, log beds, etc. 

I've got things like:Paint, replacing carpets, installing LVP (will calculate those by SF), replacing cabinets, installing countertops, purchasing appliances (washer, dryer, fridge, etc.), hot water heater, roofI'm sure there a lot of obvious things that I'm missing and would like to hear them all.
