Masks for walk though?

Posted

Our 1st tenants will be moving in on March 1, and are moving from Texas to Colorado. They have requested that we wear masks for the walk through. All mask mandates have ended for all counties in this area. We do not want to enable this type of behavior. The area they are moving into is actively anti-mask. How would you handle this? We are leaning toward “wear a mask if you want to, but the mandates have been lifted here, the house has an air purification system, and we are more comfortable being able to breath and show our faces.” TYIA!

Replied

I could not imagine a more pointless time to draw your line in the sand. Its literally the simplest and cheapest thing you can do for your customer, and refusing just seems like bad business in my eyes.
