Room for rent with kitchenette
Hello,
I have 2 suites in a house, and there is a room with a connected bathroom and exterior access. I would like to add a kitchenette to this and rent it out.
I am wondering if others have had success with this? Also if it is not a full kitchen would I still get in trouble by local laws? Since it would be a room for rent, and not a suite. Thanks for your help,
