We are looking for investment opportunities w/ owner financing or straight cash deals in both the Gulf Coast area and we also recently started scouting some properties in Detroit. 

Sponsor a little league team, a girl scout troop, whatever the case may be.Send mailers, post cards, market updates, letters. 

My son went to Tech and we scouted some properties around the campus.  

I will be driving around and scouting out the neighborhoods.

Is anyone scouting for properties in Lake County OH and if so, what are you using to generate your list of properties to target?  

I'm scouting out properties in Atlanta for a potential 1st investment purchase and I was hoping to get a recommendation of local contractors that could help provide estimates for repairs. 

Does anybody who subscribed to neighborhood scouts willing to pull a report for us in exchange for a one time fee?

I've been scouting out opportunities on realtor.com for a small MF property, and have recently had an offer accepted on a five unit row home in a transitional neighborhood in close proximity to the city center.

If you are motivated to get them motivated, I would scout out some spaces that they could move to within a few miles to see if a move to another location with similar rent is even a possibility.
