Recommendations for Contractors for Investment Repairs

Hi BP community,

I'm relatively new to the site and I'm just starting out in my investment journey. I'm scouting out properties in Atlanta for a potential 1st investment purchase and I was hoping to get a recommendation of local contractors that could help provide estimates for repairs. 

Prior to making an offer on a listing, I want to do a walk-through to fully understand what financial commitments would be involved. Any names and companies would be greatly appreciated!
