New Member to BP Community Saying Hello!

Hey folks, its very nice to meet you all, my name is Alex Taub, I'm 30 years old and I live in New York City. I am a recent law school graduate sitting for the bar in February. My best friend began his career in real estate about a year ago and through talking with him about some of his dealings I discovered that real estate investing was also something that I was interested in. 

We are currently looking to do our first deal together but he already has some experience with rehabs, wholesale and recently purchased his first investment property. We are looking for investment opportunities w/ owner financing or straight cash deals in both the Gulf Coast area and we also recently started scouting some properties in Detroit. 

As a soon-to-be attorney with a good deal of secured and commercial transaction experience, I am also very interested in structuring larger real estate deals on behalf of multiple investors who are interested in purchasing condo complexes, row town houses, hotels, ect. I look forward to working with some of you in the future! Lets make 2015 our year!
