I'm sure there is much needed info I'm not providing y'all but this is an exciting analysis and a unique environment so I figured a lot of people could learn from this post.

It just so happens that in addition to time and money savings, they're supposedly good for the environment, and at the minimum, utilizes some of the surplus of containers that are sitting in our bays/harbors.I'm interested in finding out about more on the subject, and to hear any recipes for success for installing these.

@Brandon West Are you trying to rent out room-by-room in your "hostel" environment? 

I think that is largely because they are appeal to me personally as a young adult interested in that type of environment.

It's the environment he feels comfortable in.

Anthony unfortunately you can evict someone just because they have a nasty personality unless it is affecting the neighbors or causing mold or some type of hazard environment. 

The concept is to refine the shared workspace model into an industry specific shared workspace and networking environment.  

I'm also sharing what I'm learning with my kids, so they have the benefit of time and environment. 

Light to moderate smoke damage to walls/ceilings can many times be sealed over and painted, but of course it all depends on the extent of it and the amount of time and condition of the environment since the fire.
