Connect with experienced real estate agents using BiggerPockets Network, local brokerages, and online reviews.

It takes alot to build up enough of a presence online via a DB site, so it works great to market to guests who have already stayed.

Your friend should have either received a statement monthly or had access to one online.

I would network with contractors out in your area, or you can find people online (VAs).

Most banks want to dispose of non-performing assets quickly, and will do so by selling at a public online auction like Auction.com, or list the property with a local Realtor on the MLS.Even if you can work your way up to the bank's decision-maker on this property, it's highly unlikely they will sell directly to you.

In signing up for their service which is called "PIN" I signed their online agreement but I made sure they had a rescission period.
